These do replace the stock torque mount rubber pads. The stock mounts are just plain rubber pucks. The urethane replacements are cast with a tapered cone on one side. There is no direction on how the new ones are to be positioned. Seem to work the way I mounted them. It would be nice if they had an engineering note in the package on the proper orientation. Other than that they look like they will be fine.
