The 88-91 Civic / CRX have 4 Motor Mounts. The 85068507 you're viewing will only cover the mounts at the left and right side of the engine. If you want to cover all 4 motor mounts you'll need the 16.1104 as well.

Prothane's motor mount inserts are crafted out of polyurethane, a material much more durable than rubber that can handle intense weight, heat, and pressure. Designed to fill the voids built into your OE motor mounts, these inserts will drastically increase the power transfer efficiency from your engine to the wheels. Since the voids were initially put there to reduce NVH, it stands to reason that filling in those voids will have the opposite effect. Installing Prothane's motor mount inserts may increase your NVH, but the increase to overall performance is worth it to some drivers. OE Motor Mounts

OE motor mounts are usually made out of metal with holes strategically placed to keep most of the engine's vibrations from traveling to the cab. While the OE mounts are decent for the daily driver, the weekend warrior or straight up racer will probably look for an upgrade. I bought this set with another set. Installation was straight forward. Just need a little hammering and pressing since it's a tight fit (good fit). The insert helped A LOT with my engine movement since I had worn out engine mount. The only downside is the interior is a lot noisier now (almost like sitting inside a sub box). To me I am ok with the noise since it only happens between 1000-1500rpm (sometimes idling too).
