- Lifetime Warranty. Prothane guarantees all Prothane Suspension Parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (not due to abuse, neglect or misapplication) for the total time the vehicle remains with the original purchaser of the product(s). Should the products fail to meet these conditions, Prothane will replace the product, free of charge. This excludes any and all related labor charges. The product must be shipped to Prothane (postage prepaid) along with a copy of the original receipt."
Prothane's Body to Frame Mount Bushings
With a high-stress part like the body to frame mount bushing, O.E. rubber just doesn't cut it. Prothane's polyurethane is a stronger material for a body to frame mount bushing. Polyurethane is able to handle the constant beating a body mount takes and is not vulnerable to road grime or UV rays. With Prothane's body mounts, you can protect your body to frame attachment, and your smooth ride, for years to come.
Replacing the Faulty Rubber
O.E. Manufacturer's use soft rubber body mounts to attach a body and frame. Over time these bushings deteriorate due to wear and tear, UV rays or road grime. Once the rubber starts to fail, the attachment point is compromised and the bushing can literally just fall off. Without body to frame mount bushings, the smooth connection between your body and frame is gone and your smooth ride is gone with it. Now bumps and potholes will really put your seat belt to work.

the fitment was great there was no trimming as we have had to do with other products the only thing that you need to save from the old bushings are the inserts as these do not come with the product which they should but overall great product

- Question is how long do these poly mounts last? Do they harden and compress? I have not yet had time to inspect the ones on my jeep but would like to know if there is a life expectancy on poly mounts.

- This polyurethane mount lasts the lifetime of the vehicle. The material polyurethane is made out of is like a hard plastic, they do give a little. These mounts come pre-compress already. They, are already hard when you put the mounts on your vehicle. . They will stay the same shape, not like rubber mounts where they flatten over time. These are the OEM stock replacement mounts and were made to work with the same original hardware as the OEM rubber mounts. ...see more

- I bought the body bushing kit 1-105 and I read something about them holding grease but it doesn't say anything about that in the install instructions?

- You do not need to grease the 1105. Body mount bushings do not require grease.

- Igot a 1- 105 kit from you, but I lost part of it and I'm wondering if you can sell me what I'm missing.?
